Legend has it that this bridge was built by the local people to welcome the Bixia Fairy, so it was named Ying 'en Bridge. Later, the local government renovated the bridge to protect it and renamed it Laifeng Bridge, also known as Ying 'en Bridge. To the east of the Laifeng Bridge is the Laifeng Pavilion, a distant reflection of the bridge. Laifeng Bridge, which stretches across the Fengming Sea, is made of selected marble and has 384 phoenixes in various shapes carved on both sides of the bridge.
